BreadScapades!

Joe and I got a bread maker with some of the gift cards we received for the wedding. I know, not the most practical thing but Joe's face lit up talking about getting one. So naturally I caved and we got one-it was the one item he seemed stoked about getting. It arrived in the mail yesterday and we immediately went to Safeway to get supplies. . I read the manual . . carefully did the measurements (all along using some wonderful new mixing bowls and measuring cups :) and waited the 3 + hours for it to bake.

We excitedly opened the top and found a . . .

Our Vows

Joe and I want this to become a space where we can share inspiration with each other and others for living, laughing, and loving. I thought it only appropriate to have the first "real" inspirational post to be our vows. It was a bit of labor of love with them; some words are borrowed, some are old, and some are new, none blue (sorry had to make a funny) but I think we captured everything we meant to and that is why they are special to us.

First "real" Dinner Together

Joe and I made our first home dinner as a married couple a few nights ago! I must say, it was very tasty. Joe especially likes it when I dont microwave, to him that is what makes a "real dinner." Im determined to break his joke when asked if Im a good cook, he responds "She's the best microwaver ever." haha. I guess I need to work on my skillz in the kitchen.

Anyway, one of the most fun parts of the whole dinner was being able to use many of our wonderful gifts from the wedding! We feel so blessed to have received such nice gifts. Look closely at the table, you may recognize your gift! So thank-you thank-you we are really enjoying ourselves using them! :)

Honeymoon

As promised here a some pictures from Joe and I's honeymoon to San Jose Del Cabo, Mexico. Honestly we had the most incredible time! Our hotel was A-Mazing! I honestly dont think we could have stayed at a nicer place in cabo, it was gorgeous. The features included 3 infinity pools on different levels, a full villa including full kitchen, tub, shower, balcony and living area, workout room, swim-up grill and bar, in house fine dining, internet cafe, and an amazing spa. We had the best time just relaxing and laying by the pool. We went into Cabo San Lucas twice, once for a Sunset cruise and again for a snorkel cruise! So fun.

Married Life

Hello! I know, I know, long time no posts, but hey I think I have a good excuse. . ahem planning a wedding is crazy!

Anyway, Joe and I are absolutely loving being married. It really has been so much fun to spend so much time with Joe. We had an absolutely amazing time on our honeymoon-we will post pics soon. But for now I thought I would post some pictures that friends took. We should be getting the pro pics very soon and will post the link when we get it.
